Landing Page Optimization & Basic SEO

The landing page is the first thing your customer will see. It is important to take a look at it, and find the areas that need corrected. This is important to do to optemize your page, and make it easy for your potential customers to find you. Now to make sure that this page seals the deal, ask yourself the following three questions: Is the page featuring what you promised in the ad? Can people easily find what they are looking for on your site? What is the goal of your website? Do you want them to buy now, learn more, sign up? Don't be shy and let them know. A call to action lets the potential customer know what they should do next. I enjoyed reading this bit of advice from : ‘Basi Strategies for Optimizing Websites and Landing Pages, by Salar Sahlashoor. “It's your job to tell your customers why your product is awesome and you have fewer than five seconds to tell that story.” He also gives this great advice: “One of the most common mistakes we see is people trying to do too much with their landing pages. If you ask visitors to do 55 things, odds are they'll bounce instantaneously. However, if you focus on driving a single action, you're likely to get people to take the action you want.” ~Elisa~
