To Sum it all up!

There is so much to learn from Entrepreneurship, but I wanted to focus on a few things that have stood out to me this semester. The first one is Fear. Fear can hold you back from accomplishing your goal. It can hold you back from becoming successful, and it can hold you back from taking any risks. Fear can be a good thing, but it can also be a hindrance. We are here to learn and to grow. So sometimes it is needed to lean into that fear. If we let it, fear of failure can act as a catalyst for success. It can keep you focused on succeeding, pushing you out of your comfort zone, and into the realm of new ideas that lead to success. Some risk is needed and can be good, as long as you are not risking everything, especially if you have a family that relies on you every day. Another thing that really stood out to me was learning to become a great leader. This is another key element to entrepreneurship. In order to do this, you will need to fail many times so that you can learn, open up new pathways of thinking, and try again. By being a lifelong learner, you can learn from yourself, from others close to you, and those around you. When you learn to value your personal relationships and what you can learn from those, you will become a better leader. The last thing I want to focus on that we learned this semester is the importance of Self Mastery. Self-Mastery is the key to success. Da Vinci said," The height of a man's success is gauged by his self-mastery; the depth of his failure by his self-abandonment. To be successful, happy, and determined, you have to excel at the skill of self-mastery. This is a skill that pertains to your everyday life, from your spirituality, what you eat, how you take care of yourself physically, financially, and emotionally, and how you learn new skills and seek knowledge. Self-mastery is a skill that ties into how you handle your work and business. ~Elisa~
