Happiness
One thing that I really appreciated from some readings this week, on the joureny of a woman named Erica Mills, was her dedication of family over business when she was considering how to expand her successful business she created. She put alot of value on her decision to start a family. I love how she planned ahead and knew that her and her husband would need to make some changes to be able to focus on the good things that having a family would bring them. This was all while she was trying to grow her business that she has already had success with because of the work she has done. Her passion for her craft was inspiring. She designed cards the helped spread happiness. She made everything by hand and had completed 200 designs before she even started her business. That shows not only her passion for her designs, but her ability to plan ahead.
